The small print
Plain English, no lawyers involved. If something here doesn't cover your situation, just email me and we'll work it out.
Printed shirts. Free standard shipping. Every shirt is printed after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days, then 3–7 business days in the post inside the US. International orders take longer and vary by country.
Handmade pieces. Crochet and sewn items are made after you order. Beanies take about 7–10 days, scarves and bags about 10–14, then normal post on top. If you need something by a particular date, email me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Digital files. Nothing ships. Your download link appears on the confirmation screen and in your email straight away.
You'll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel has it.
If a shirt turns up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, email me a photo within 30 days and I'll replace it or refund you. You won't need to post it back.
Because shirts are printed individually for each order, I can't take returns simply for a change of mind — but if the fit is wrong, get in touch. I'd rather sort it out than have you stuck with a shirt you won't wear.
Handmade items can come back within 30 days if they're unworn and in the condition they arrived. Return postage is on you unless the fault is mine.
Digital downloads can't be refunded once the file has been sent — but if a file won't open or print properly, tell me and I'll fix it or refund you.
Adult shirts are a unisex fit and true to size. If you're between sizes or you like a roomier shirt, size up.
Kids' shirts are youth sizing and also true to size. As a rough guide, XS suits around 4–5 years and XL around 14–16.
Beanies come in child, teen and adult. Scarves are about 8 inches wide; anything 72 inches or longer wraps twice comfortably.
I collect the least I can get away with: your name, email and delivery address, so your order can be made and posted.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch this website — I never see them and they're never stored here.
Shirt orders are passed to Printify, my print partner, because they need your address to post the parcel. Order emails are sent through Resend. That's the entire list of companies that see any of your details.
I don't run advertising trackers, I don't sell or share your details with anyone, and I don't email you marketing unless you ask for it. Want your data removed? Email me and it's done.
All artwork, coloring pages, ebooks and designs on this site are mine, and buying one gives you the right to use it personally — not to resell it, redistribute it, or print it onto goods for sale.
Prices are in US dollars and can change. Whatever the price says when you check out is the price you pay.
I'll always try to fix a problem before anything becomes a dispute. Email first — it's faster than everything else.
